One mint gives a wallet 5,000 random pages, scattered across the billion, for 0.0001 ETH (0.00000002 ETH a page). You find out which ones the moment it lands. One mint per wallet.
The page is still generated. Only these lines are stored, under this number, and anyone who opens it can read them. Each line is signed by a wallet; signing is free and sends no transaction.
