№ 0333002000

Common

Winter bird counts — kept in the West Salt stack.

Edition 333,002,000 of 1,000,000,000. 100 shapes, mostly circles, mostly sage. It sits in block 172,504, minted with that block's other 4,999 editions, scattered across the billion.

The original was copied twice. Registrar Okonkwo set it down in letterpress, and the sheet shows fibers lifted where a label was peeled.

It is folio 1000 of Elm 1, in the Low Gallery, West Salt stack. The instrument was recalibrated the next morning.
