The Minor Sketch

№ 0302702002

Common

Abandoned timetables — kept in the West Ink stack.

Edition 302,702,002 of 1,000,000,000. 100 shapes, mostly circles, mostly lilac. It sits in block 118,711, minted with that block's other 4,999 editions, scattered across the billion.

Ink has browned at the edge. Surveyor Duarte set it down in graphite, and the sheet shows offset ink from the facing page.

It is folio 2 of Yew 1, in the Red Range, West Ink stack. The instrument was recalibrated the next morning.
